Is your budget broken into categories (catering, décor, AV, staffing, contingency) with at least 12% reserved for unexpected costs?
3. Timeline & Milestone Map
Do you have a reverse-engineered timeline from event day back to today, with vendor deadlines, rehearsal dates, and sign-off points?
4. Vendor Coordination Layer
Are all vendors (caterer, florist, AV, entertainment, transport) contracted, briefed on the run-sheet, and given a single point of contact?
5. Guest Experience Design
Have you planned the guest journey from arrival to departure — signage, welcome flow, seating logic, dietary handling, entertainment pacing?
6. Risk & Contingency Protocol

7. Regulatory & Compliance Check
